Soniya: Решила завести отдельную тему для этого, самого наверное ожидаемого на нашем форуме, фильма. [img src=/gif/sm/sm15.gif] Давайте складывать сюда информацию, картинки, клипы, кто что найдет об этом фильме, а то все вразброс, непонятно было-не было. До выхода осталось меньше 2-х месяцев!!!
Lo: Насчет КАНК... Прити говорила, что вся ее одежда в фильме от Диора, Шанели и т.п... Про Рани не знаю, но можно предположить, что вероятно тоже...

На елисейских полях, в бутике, стоят сапоги - цена 10 000 евро.. я рядом стою, шибко удивляюся - на мне такие же, цена 50 евро...

Wolf: Mumbai, July 26. The decision to screen "Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna" (KANK) in the Gala Section of Toronto Film Festival didn't exactly come as a surprise to Karan Johar. "I had met the head of the Toronto Film Festival, Cameron Bailey, at the Cannes Film Festival in May. He had shown interest in KANK. This is the benefit of attending intentional cinema events. It is not just your vision as a cinema person that broadens. Prospects of Indian cinema also get bettered," Johar told IANS. "I'm especially glad about KANK being selected for Toronto because it might open up a new market for our cinema in North America. I don't think any mainstream Hindi film before has been selected for Gala Presentation at Toronto." The festival, being held Sep 7-16, generally selects unreleased films. But with KANK, which will hit the Indian screens Aug 11, they have made an exception. "Though my film is releasing in India in August they are nonetheless taking the film for their festival. A part of the credit must go to Times of India's Meenakshi Shedde. She really pushed for the film. "The Toronto Festival directorate invited the film for a trial screening. Apparently all 14 members of the jury loved my KANK. They immediately selected the film." The Gala Presentation section of the festival is reserved for big spectacular films. Johar plans to take his entire cast-Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerji and Preity Zinta-to Toronto. "Our film will be screened there on Sep 10. And I hope to be there with the entire cast. It is very gratifying to know that it is already being given such an honour abroad when, in fact, the film hasn't been seen by anyone in India yet." Johar hopes to have the first full-length screening of the film for the cast and crew at the end of this month when Amitabh returns from London.

As per latest, Johar's 'Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna' has been selected for a screening in this year's Toronto Film Festival to be held from Sep 7 to 16. The film will be shown in Gala Presentation Section of the festival; generally big spectacular films are selected for the section. Before KANK, no other mainstream Hindi movies have been selected for the section. Also there's another reason for which director-producer Karan Johar can feel proud - usually unreleased films are screened in this section, however 'Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna' is hitting Indian screens on August 11, so KANK is an exception from this point of view. Recently the Toronto Festival directorate invited the film for a trial screening, and as per reports, apparently all 14 members of the jury loved the film and selected it immediately. A source said recently, Johar has set to take the entire cast of the film - Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukherji, Preity Zinta and Arjun Rampal to Toronto. In an interview, Karan Johar said, "Our film will be screened there on Sep 10. And I hope to be there with the entire cast." Now it remains to be seen finally all the stars can attend KANK screening at Toronto Film Festival or not. There is no right and wrong in relationships’ Now that Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna (KANK) is just about to release, are you more nervous, excited or scared? All three actually. One would think that since this is my fifth film, it gets easier, but it gets worse actually. Success makes you more insecure. You have to live up to people’s expectations. Other people’s economy is at stake too, you have to do justice to the huge cast, and also creatively you have to deliver. Since I am a director as well as a producer, the pressure doubles. You always work with big stars. Do they bring big egos on the sets? Ninety per cent of a director’s job is to handle people. But I’ve been lucky. The artistes I’ve worked with come from a very secure mind space. Of course everybody has an ego, but to express it is a sign of immaturity. Till date, none of my actors have taken the vibe away from the set. I’ve never encountered bloated egos. Any truth in the Shah Rukh Khan-Amitabh Bachchan war stories? All these stories are completely ridiculous and seem to me the work of some strange person’s idle imagination. People should come and see the camaraderie on the sets. Humanity is anyway plagued with such devastating wars. I don’t see why people are creating invisible wars. So what exactly is KANK about? First of all, let me tell you that contrary to popular belief, KANK is not just about infidelity. It’s not a frivolous tale of just an extra-marital affair. The film delves into the grey areas of all relationships. It also tries to look at the reasons why people get married and also looks at the psyche of those who look for love outside marriage. They don’t have it easy; there is guilt and sadness there too. In a way, KANK is my take on modern human relationships. What do you mean by the word ‘modern’? It means it’s about people who are willing to talk about what’s bothering them. What are your views on marriage? Personally, I’m cynical about the institution of marriage. I don’t think I’ll ever get married. I feel most people of my generation rush into marriage for the wrong reasons. I am cynical about what they are doing to this institution. Lots of youngsters take the step because everyone around them expects them to or maybe they need to financial security. The only reason to marry is love. Only love can hold a relationship. But how can you be sure about love? There is no surety about anything. This is especially true for emotions, which are so flexible and malleable. But there has to be madness in love. Personally, I don’t understand arranged marriage. It’s worked beautifully for many people but I think unless there is madness in you to be with a particular person, it’s not it. I believe in ‘until death do us part’. The only end of a real relationship is death. What’s your take on infidelity? One shouldn’t judge it till one understands it. Infidelity isn’t just about sex. It’s also about will power. When two people marry, not only do they make a promise of sharing their lives but also make a promise of will power. That said, sometimes extra-marital affairs take place because of emotional needs. Basically, there are no black-and-white areas in relationships. We all live in the grey. There is no right and wrong in relationships. They say KANK is Silsila meets Closer meets A Brief Encounter. Comment. Well, if that were the case, then KANK would be an awful film. It’s none of the above. But I admit that it has one similarity with A Brief Encounter and that is that Rani and Shah Rukh meet at a station. I admit that is an inspiration. Your movies have lots of humour. Personally, how much importance do you give to humour in your life? A film is a slice of life. Humour is an integral part of my day-to-day life and I believe it should be so for everyone. One must try and see the humour in death also. Smiles and laughter can dilute any tragedy. One should never take oneself too seriously. KANK is the first film you’ve directed since your father Yash Johar’s demise. It must have been difficult... Well, there was not a single moment when I didn’t think of him. I think he was there throughout. Whatever problems we encountered, they would get easily sorted out and I think it was his divine intervention. I missed him a lot, everybody on the production missed him a lot, but he was always there What do you think your dad would have felt about KANK? Initially, he would’ve been worried because of the subject matter but he would’ve liked the final product. Last film you saw and wished you had directed it? Any great film I see I feel that I could never direct it. In recent times, I’ve felt this way after watching Lagaan, Black and Rang De Basanti. Any last words on Ram Gopal Varma? None. I’ve spoken enough and so has he. All that I can say is that he’s a genius and maybe it’s time he believed it too.

Shah Rukh Khan and Rani Mukerjee reportedly shot a two-minute long erotic lovemaking scene for Karan Johar's soon to be released 'Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna'. As per reports, the scene has been incorporated into the movie in a series of flashbacks, and is being kept a close guarded secret. It is said that Karan Johar does not want to remove a bulk of his audeince and risk the film's success by revealing too much detail into these scenes. "The scene is highly erotic and a big risk on the part of both stars, it however has been shot very aesthetically. Yes there is partial nudity from both stars but it is not obvious, i would say more suggestive. Though there is a lot of intimate foreplay. " said a source close to the production team. The scene in question is said to invovle a near topless Rani Mukerjee (shot from the back). Initially Rani Mukerjee was a bit hesitant doing the scene, however Karan Johar managed to convince her to do this scene, as well as another scene with Abhishek Bachchan that invovles a near sexual assualt by a husband on a wife (it is being reported that Abhishek Bachchans character 'Rishi' attempts the shocking act in a desparate bid to save his marriage). These scenes form a key portion of the film, and the decisions that the characters make. The film also does not distance itself from openly talking about sexual behaviour, and tastes. In one particular scene Rishi reportedly asks his wife ''did you enjoy sleeping with him then? How was it? TELL ME!''. It also has legend Amitabh helping Rani Mukerjee and Abhishek to spice up their love life and eventually advising his own daughter in law to leave his son for Shah Rukh Khan (Dev). Rani Mukerjee is the wife of Abhishek Bachchan who leaves her family for Shah Rukh Khan, a soul mate she meets by chance meetings. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan in a sexually charged role, Priety Zinta as a career obsessed woman and is sure to reflect a change of pace from the multitude of comedies and entertainers we have been blessed with lately. A welcome change from Karan Johar maybe? We shall wait and see just how far Johar has pushed the boat, and whether the family audience will accept the movie. Certainly the film is causing a stir, and is sure to open with a record busting figure. How will history and the box office judge the film after this is anyone's geuss. 'Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna ' is scheduled to release on the 11th August.

Soniya: люди... заявляю официяльно. меньше двух недель до выхода фильма. я прекращаю читать все, и даже смотреть картинки и промо. не спрашивайте. метода такая хто запостит спойлеры какие-нить - расстрел на месте. не искушайте. до сих пор неизвестно какие кинотеатры будут показывать фильм у нас. ходят упорные слухи, что первый сеанс в первый день в кинотеатре который будет показывать фильм точно - уже продан. такого не было НИКОГДА. повторяю - НИКОГДА. Кажется Каран отобъет свои деньги еще ДО выхода фильма на экран. ЗЫ - он в каждом интервью, бедняжка, жалуется что на них в НЙ обрушились 3 урагана а были-то всего лишь затяжные грозовые дожди монсун по-Нью-Йоркски

Although some time back, Karan was deciding upon a theatre which would be the venue for the event but now he has called off the show. The reason behind the same are the blasts that happened in Mumbai city recently and Karan feels that it doesn’t seem right to celebrate after everything that the city has been through. The premiere would probably have had been one of the most glittery and star studded affair. Earlier there was also a buzz that KANK’s premiere would coincide with Metro Cinema’s reopening as multiplex. But now the plan seems to be shelved. However, Metro might still open with KANK. Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna starring Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukerjee, Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan, Preity Zinta and Kirron Kher is scheduled for August 11th release.
