Пока почитала некоторые разделы (я только начинаю открывать для себя удивительный мир индийского кино, поэтому всё интересно и ново), набрела на такую фотку ... не подскажите что это за мероприятие и можно где-нибудь посмотреть видео ????

wichy: отсюда Shankar’s Robot seems to be back on track, as Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has finally given her nod. We had earlier reported that Ash dropped out of the mega project because Shankar wanted her dates spread over two years, which did not go well with Ash. Apparently, the actress hopes to start a family soon, and did not want to wait so long. But Shankar has agreed to shoot Ash’s scenes first, and then move on to Rajnikanth’s portions. According to sources, Ash will be getting Rs 6 crores for this film, the highest an actress has ever received for a film. Robot is a story of a scientist who creates a robot, which then becomes a nuisance to the society. Initially, the film was to be made with Shah Rukh Khan in the lead but the actor backed out. Then, Shankar approached Ajith, who could not do the film either. Finally, it was Rajnikanth to came to his Sivaji director’s aid, and bagged the film. Do you think it was forgotten at the awards nights at the end of the year? Why do you say that? Rang De Basanti had also been released in January. Awards are no doubt very encouraging. But there have been many notable films in the past that haven’t won awards. At the end of the day the greatest award is a successful film. One chooses a film because it seems interesting, not to see how many awards it will finally get. Guru was an acclaimed and successful film. It’s one of the biggest hits of 2007. Are you more possessive about Sarkar Raj than Jodhaa-Akbar since the former stars you with your wife? No. At the end of the day, I am an actor. And we’re both thoroughly professional. It would be incorrect for me to be possessive about our films together. I am both an actor and her husband. I’m possessive about her, not her films. It doesn’t matter whom she works with. In fact, I really like her pairing with Duggu. I think they looked good together in Dhoom 2 and Jodhaa-Akbar. I wish the pair all the best. Interestingly the first and second turning points in your career were both courtesy Mani Rathnam? Yes, Yuva and Guru. Mani is very special. He had faith in me at a time when most people had lost faith, including myself. He’s a friend and mentor. I hope I never let him down. He knows I’m only a phone call away. According to me, he’s one of the most talented directors we’ve ever had. You went through a prolonged lean phase at the beginning of your career? During the times when my films were flopping I had friends like Karan Johar who kept my morale high. I can’t deny access to the industry was easier because you are a Bachchan. And I guess I did have it much easier than many people. But once you get a chance, you’ve to prove yourself just like anybody else. I had to struggle. I almost gave up after 17 failures. My father kept saying, just keep working and believe in yourself. Thankfully better days were around the corner. You’ve to work very hard to get anywhere in this business. And I’m working hard. However there’s no formula for success. Are you pleased with your assignments? Of course! How wonderful to be working at a time when an actor gets to do a Sarkar Raj, Drona and Dilli 6 during the same year. It’s a dream come true for any actor. Why did you initially opt out of Dilli 6? Rakeysh Mehra mentioned the subject to me many years ago. He finally decided to shoot it in winter 2006 when I was committed to shooting Drona. I suggested he do it with someone else. He asked Duggu who asked me if it was okay. I was perfectly okay with that. But then Duggu’s dates didn’t work out. Then Rakeysh decided to rewrite the script . By December 2007, I was able to do the film. The rest, I hope will be history. Rakeysh is a very sensitive director and I love working with him. I was meant to start my career with him. How has the experience in Jaipur been so far? It’s like attending acting school every morning. When would I get another opportunity to observe and work with actors like Waheeda Rehmanji, Chintu Uncle(Rishi Kapoor), Om Puriji, Deepak Dobrial , Pavan Malhotra, Vijay Raaz, Atul Kulkarni, K.K Raina….It’s school! Both you and your dad are huge fans of Waheedaji? Who isn’t? This is my second film with her after Om Jai Jagdish. I just keep staring at her. Actors would do anything to be in one frame with her. And what about your costar Sonam Kapoor? I saw Saawariya and thought her wonderful. When I started my career I wasn’t half as good as Sonam or Ranbir. It’s wonderful to see this whole enthusiastic new generation coming in.

But Dhoom and Jodhaa-Akbar worked although you were paired with Hrithik and not Abhishek? But Dhoom happened before the marriage and there was no triangle in Jodhaa-Akbar. Now the audience can’t see me sharing my affections for Abhishek with another guy. I can’t tell you why it wouldn’t have worked for me and Abhishek as a pair without giving away the plot. Karan Johar wasn’t bothered with all these personal considerations. But I felt otherwise. I thought the audience would wonder, ‘She likes John and Abhishek equally? No way!’ Now you’ll be romancing Rajnikanth in Shankar’s Robot? It’s a total Rajni/Shankar styled entertainer. There’s no logic to why I agreed to do it beyond the urge to work with Rajnikanth. Shankar and Rajni Sir have approached me for so many films, it’s embarrassing. Ever since Jeans (Shankar directed the film), Shankar’s approached me for all his films except Boys. Rajni Sir approached me for his last five films. My refusal to do his films was never misconstrued by him. I admire him for never taking offence to my refusal. It speaks volumes about his seniority. Is that why you said yes to Robot? For Robot, it was an immediate Yes from me. I just wanted to work with Rajni Sir and Shankar. Jeans was a super-success. I came away learning so much from Shankar and the film. Robot will also be a learning experience. Is it a sci-fi film? It’s hard to define. But technically, it will take cinema to another level. I can only say I’ll come away enriched. It’s very important for me to come away with something from my films since I give so much. I want to work with Rajni Sir, yaar. He’s phenomenal. Everyone speaks of this experience. You have a seasoned phenomenon in your own house. Yeah, but I share a different equation with the one in my house. Рассказать, почему она так думает в отношении этого фильма она не может, не выдав сценарий. Каран думал, что все будет нормально, но Ашка думает, что зритель не примет такое. Насчет того, будет ли она крутить любоффь с Раджникантом в Robot - говорит, что фильм - развлечение совершенно в стиле Раджникант/Шанкар, и нет никакого повода, почему она на него согласилась, кроме желания работать с Раджникантом. Тем более, что и Шанкар, и Раджникант уже множество раз приглашали ее поработать, но она октазывалась. Но на этот фильм согласилась немедленно. Стиль Робота трудно определить, но технически это будет фильм совершенно иного уровня. Она уверена, что многому научится за время работы в этом фильме.

It is learnt that the film starring South superstar Rajnikanth is getting delayed due to security reasons. No loopholes Says an onlooker, “The major hurdle in rolling the project, which will be shot at different locales in India and overseas, is that the areas have to be scanned from the security point of view. Both Rajnikanth and Ash come under a high protection security network. The makers are taking extreme precautions to ensure there are no security loopholes. The onlooker adds, “Both Ash and Rajnikanth are not only superstars but also need heavy security. The producers will have to keep in mind, the regulations at the various public places the film is being shot at.” It is also learnt that after her wedding to Abhishek Bachchan last year, Ash’s security was reviewed and has been overhauled. All her shoot locales are thoroughly scanned. Looks like Robot certainly has a long list of woes to its credit! If not the delays, it’s the security issues! However some insiders maintain that Robot is getting delayed due to security reasons and not Aishwarya refusal. До этого говорилось, что съемки начнут только через 2 года - и Ашка отказывалась, говоря, что так задолго загадывать не станет. Режиссер согласился снять все ее сцены сейчас и в первую очередь - и она осталась в проекте. Сейчас отложили съемки для проверки безопасности. Вот всю эту инфу журналюги смешали и слепили статью. И начало съемок через два года превратились в двухлетние съемки
